These terms cover every order placed with Levelupoz, Padbury St 51, Downer, Australian Capital Territory, 2602, Australia. They are written to be read, not skimmed — if anything is unclear, email [email protected] and a keeper will explain.

1. Who we are
Levelupoz is an online archive shop for pre-owned and collectable video games, consoles and board games, operating from Padbury St 51, Downer, Australian Capital Territory, 2602, Australia. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +61 262475701.
2. Orders and the contract
Adding an exhibit to your cart does not reserve it. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once a keeper has checked the item one last time. If an item turns out to be unavailable or not in the described condition, we tell you straight away and you pay nothing for it.
3. Prices and currency
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you place the order.
We do our best to keep every price correct. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment methods

- Payments are handled by secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
5. When you are charged
After you place an order we email a secure payment link. Your order is dispatched once payment has been received. If an order cannot be fulfilled in full, any amount already paid for the missing items is refunded to the original payment method.
6. Condition descriptions
Most exhibits are pre-owned. Each one is graded using our published condition scale and photographed as it is. Normal signs of age that are described or visible in the photographs are not faults.
7. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
8. Vouchers and promotions
Promotions shown on the website apply as described in the promotion itself. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and only one voucher can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
9. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
